MPSD Staff, Students, and Families,

The MPSD Board of Education reviewed the COVID-19 protocols at the School Board meeting on Tuesday, January 12.  The MPSD will continue to require face coverings while indoors for all students, staff, and visitors.

During the past two weeks of school, the MPSD has seen a significant increase in student and staff absences due to COVID related incidents.  Nobody who is ill should report to MPSD buildings. If you would like to get tested for COVID, we encourage you to visit our COVID clinic at 1010 Huron Street in Manitowoc.  The clinic is free to all students, staff, and immediate household members.  The clinic will expand its hours to include Sundays from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. beginning Sunday January 16.

We are committed to providing in person instruction, and we need your help in keeping our students and staff safe and healthy by following our COVID protocols.

Be Well,

Mark Holzman

MPSD Superintendent
